Terms & Conditions

1. Any embroidered designs that are made up to a customers own specification will incur a one off set up cost.
2. All children's sizes are VAT zero rated.
3. Carriage will be charged on all order that are delivered.
4. All goods remain the property of The Monogram Group Ltd until paid for in full.
5. Full payment is required by all non-account customers prior to the commencement of any work undertaken by The Monogram Group Ltd. You may pay by cheque, Master Card, Visa, Delta or Switch.
6. For account customer, overdue accounts will be charged 2.5% per month or part thereof.
7. All samples of stock garments will be charged at a single rate at the time they are requested. Samples of made to order products will be charged at single rate plus the cost of carriage from the factory to us. This can be deducted when a full order for the same products is received.
8. Customers own supplied garments may be embroidered, but at the customers own risk. We reserve the right to decline any work to be carried out on own supplied garments if we feel the garment is too expensive or too easily damaged.
9. We reserve the right to substitute our products should unforeseen circumstances arise.
10. Colours are subject to availability and possible shade variations can occur due to cuts and dye lots. The Monogram Group does endeavour to keep all repeat dye lots the same but it is not always possible.
11. All orders must be confirmed in writing.
12. All embroidery jobs will not be started until a signed confirmation of your embroidery swatch has been received by us. This will confirm your acceptance of the design.
13. The Monogram Group Ltd. will not be bound by any delivery dates unless confirmed by us in writing at time of order.
14. COPYRIGHT: It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all embroidery, printing and any other form of personalisation or decoration that the customer is either the copyright holder or the authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify The Monogram Group Ltd. in full against any claims for infringement that may arise.
15. Express Service delivery can vary in length of time depending on seasonal trends in our work.
16. We reserve the right to amend all prices without prior notification.
