DeliveryNormal embroidery or screen print jobs have a lead-time of 2-3 weeks from receipt of your payment, but in quieter times of the year we will deliver quicker than this. Unless you state that you would like to collect your purchases, all orders will be dispatched using a next day carrier service to all mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands. For all the islands and highlands, the service is 2-3 day. The first box is £12 but after that the delivery rates vary according to the weight. Please note that this time span is assuming the stock garments are available. If our suppliers have run out of a particular product, delivery will take longer. We will be able to advise at the time of ordering. For all mainland European customers, your goods will be dispatched on a 2-5 day service depending on your delivery address. Rates will vary so please enquire at time of order. All made to order products will take longer to deliver due to the production time. UK and EU based factories will take 4-8 weeks and Far East factories will take 8-16 weeks, based on sea freight. Please note that all of these timings are estimates and that the time does not start until we have received a confirmation of order and the agreed deposit. |
