Free Embroidery

Embroidery is sewing a design directly onto the fabric. Our in-house embroidery machines can embroider in up to fifteen colours. Not only is embroidery visually neat and stylish but will outlast most garments onto which it is applied, and is ideal for shirts, polo shirts, jackets and baseball caps. Because embroidery provides a clean, neat and long lasting result, it is ideal for corporate clothing and staff uniforms.

All of the garments listed on this site are priced to include embroidery (up to 8,000 stitches in one position) so that what you see is what you pay!

An average embroidery design (to be applied to the left breast) is around 5,000 stitches, and it is rare that a design or logo requires more than 8,000 stitches.

Single Design Embroidery

Typically your logo design will be embroidered onto the front left breast of the garment. If your design is over 8,000 stitches, will we know exactly by how many and we will be able to quote you an exact cost to embroider your garments.

Additional Design Embroidery

If you want more than one design on your garment, an additional charge will be applied to each garment for each design, depending on the number of garments you order.

Back Embroidery

We are able to embroider a larger design on the back of the garment. While these change due to the amount of stitches required, generally the prices in the table below apply. Again, before accepting your order, we will know the number of stitches required to embroider your design and quote you an exact cost.

Embroidery Set-Up Process and Costs

Our in-house embroidery machines can sew any design or logo onto the garment once it has been scanned and converted into a format compatible with the embroidery software. In order to do this, we require a JPEG image of the design. The more complex and/or colourful the design, the more stitches the embroidery process is likely to need.

While the embroidery process is free for a single design (with up to 8,000 stitches) there is still a set-up cost involved. The set-up cost depends on how many stitches are in the design, but this set-up fee can vary from £25.00 to £150.00. An 8,000 stitch design would have a set-up fee of £60.00.

Your design will be kept by our team once it is complete; meaning this set up fee is a one off charge.
